SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
Shipping of products takes place immediately or after the customer’s order for Iaso and Mitera maternity hospitals, as well as for the Hygeia hospital and the Athens Medical Group in Maroussi. For shipping products in companies, shops and houses as well, we need at least a two hour notice before the order.
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return one product that you have bought from our online shop within 24 hours due to the product’s nature.Returns are acceptable only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them and fully packaged. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check the products’ condition, package and their type when they are delivered to you, in order to discover any obvious flaws.

In case of product returns that are defective or different than those that you ordered, they will be replaced immediately without any charge.Alternatively, your money and the shipping charge will be credited to your account. In any other case of product returns, your money will be credited to your total amount except for the shipping charge.
